Incorporating a few new routines into your life can go a long way to making healthy habits a reality. Here are a few of our favorites as we strive to age gracefully!!

Start with sleep. This is the easiest one to sacrifice but adequate sleep is essential for immunity and is sure to improve your mood and productivity each and every day!

Drink water throughout the day. It is recommended that we drink at least half our body weight in ounces each day. Staying hydrated helps to prevent illness, provide energy and maintain skin elasticity, among many other benefits.

Find a way you love to move your body. You don’t have to go to the gym two times a day. Just make sure you find something enjoyable … it won’t seem like a task if you look forward to a physical activity that you love.

Consider intermittent fasting (IF). This is a powerful yet simple step to bring benefits to your body and your brain. Besides helping you lose weight, IF can reduce body inflammation and has been shown to increase your lifespan. Isn’t that an amazing anti-aging benefit?!
